Data controller

What data we process

Account data: name, email address, username, password (stored only as a hash) and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.

Game and wallet data: your gem balance and transactions, in-game orders, game stats (matches, wins, levels), ratings and friends.

Technical data: IP address, browser information and the pages you visit, used for security and to understand how the site is used.

Why we process it

To run your account and wallet, deliver what you buy, show your profile and the leaderboard, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations (for example invoicing and tax).

Who we share it with

Our payment provider Stripe, to process and verify payments. We never see or store your card details.

Our hosting and email providers, only to the extent needed to run the service. With your consent, Microsoft Clarity for measuring how the site is used.

Some providers process data outside the UK and the EEA (for example in the United States); in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.

Public profile and leaderboard

If your profile is public, other players can see your name, username, level, stats, achievements and friends, and you can appear on the leaderboard. You can make your profile private at any time in the settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted; payment records are kept without your identity for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, download (in the settings) and delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. For any request, contact us at ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO, ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority of the country where you live.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

With your consent, we show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads, including ads based on your interests. Ads are not shown on account, wallet, admin or game screens.
