Terms of Service

The service

games.siten.co (https://games.siten.co) is a web platform where you can play our games in your browser, keep one account and one gem wallet for all of them, and see your stats and friends. The service is operated by BILGISAM LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 14864011), registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

To buy gems, keep your stats or add friends you need an account and must accept these terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and purchases must be made by them.

Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password; actions taken in your account are deemed to be yours.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. If you have a renewing subscription, cancel it first. Deleting your account permanently removes your gem balance, stats and friends; unused gems are not refunded.

Gems and in-game purchases

Gems are a virtual currency of the platform. They can only be used to buy in-game items (for example gold packs) in the games on the platform. Gems have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold, and do not expire while your account exists.

Gem pack prices are shown on the wallet page before purchase, in the currency you choose. Amounts are converted from the US dollar price with an exchange rate updated every 12 hours; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

When you buy an in-game item with gems, the gems are deducted from your wallet and the item is delivered to the game. Delivered items belong to the game and follow that game’s rules.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The seller is BILGISAM LTD; the charge appears on your card statement under our company name or games.siten.co.

Siten Pass

Siten Pass is a monthly subscription. While it is active it unlocks the pass benefits in every game on the platform and adds the number of gems shown on the wallet page to your balance at each paid period.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the wallet page; the benefits stay active until the end of the paid period. We may change what the pass includes after giving prior notice; a change does not affect a period already paid.

Fair play

Stats, levels and leaderboards come from the games. Manipulating them, using cheats, bots or bugs, or interfering with other players’ games is not allowed (see Acceptable Use).

Games may be updated, changed or removed from the platform. We try to keep your progress, but some game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms; for significant changes we notify you in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

Complaints and disputes

If you have a problem with a purchase or the service, contact us first at ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve the issue within 14 days. Contacting us before opening a chargeback with your bank lets us fix the problem much faster.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
